DB Journey - Pack Heavy Chase Light

I’ve been working with the people over at DB journey in Scandinavia for some time, helping out on all areas of copy, from tone to editorial direction. In late 2024, with the first series of Pack Heavy Chase Light already in production, the creative team turned to me for the process of turning this YouTube series into a book.

We set-up a process to get this book underway in tandem with the videos so that the book was ready to launch shortly after the last episode of season three was released. I worked to setup the editorial planning of the book, gave direction to the essays which help give the book pace and structure.

The large format coffee table book was widely released in June 2025 and helps form a part of DB Journey’s marketing output as well as being available for purchase from their website and outlets.
